       Title: Bubble Bread From Captiva,fl

       Yield: 1 Loaf
  
       1    Italian bread (loaf)
     3/4 c  Butter, unsalted,room temp
  
   3 cloves garlic 2 oz. prosciutto, minced 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
         freshly ground pepper 6 oz. cream cheese, room temp
   
   Cut the bread on the diag. into 3/4 slices.  Arrange slices on baking
   sheet.  Lightly toast the bread on both sides under a pre-heated broiler.
    Cream the butter in a mixing bowl.  Mince garlic and prosciutto and add to
   butter.  Beat in 1/2 cheese (no salt is needed since you have enough with
   the cheese and ham)
   
   Spread each slice with cream cheese. Spread the garlic mixture on top and
   sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Just before serving, run slices under
   broiler or bake 400 degrees until hot and bubbling.
