       Title: Bruschetta (Italian Garlic Bread)

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       8 sl Italian bread
            Day old prefered
       2 cl Garlic, large, cut in hal
            Extra virgin olive oil
            Salt
            Fresh ground black pepper
      16    Tomato slices, fresh
       8    Basil leaves, fresh
  
     Toast the bread lightly and rub with garlic while still hot. Season with
     salt and lots of pepper, and pour enough oil on each slice to soak
     thoroughly. Place two slices of tomato on each piece of bread and top
   with
     a basil leaf. Sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano and serve immediately.
