                    Miniature Meat Balls & Sauce Recipe

    4      Slices        Day-Old Bread -- or more as required
    2      Lb            Ground Beef
      1/2  C             Mozzarella Cheese -- grated <OR>
      1/2  C             Romano Cheese -- grated
    2      Tbsp          Fresh Parsley -- chopped
      1/2  Tsp           Garlic Salt
      1/2  Tsp           Oregano -- crushed
    1      Tsp           Salt
                         Dash Of Pepper
    1      Recipe        Homemade Spaghetti Sauce (Included) -- <OR>
    1      16 Oz. Jar    Store-Bought Spaghetti Sauce
                         Olive Oil
 
 Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeee out moisture.  Combine
 bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce.  Mix well.  Form
 into about 40 small balls.  Brown slowly at medium heat in olive oil or
 margarine.  Add spaghetti sauce.  Cook in sauce 30 minutes over low heat.
