                         SAUCE
    1      ounce         Cream Cheese
    2      cups          Whole milk
                         Juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2  ounces        White wine
 
 x  Salt & white pepper CLAMS 2 tb Butter 1/4 c	Onion; chopped 40    Fresh Manila
clams 
   Clams in Cream Cheese Sauce. SAUCE: Combine sauce ingredients in a blender.
 Reduce in a saucepan until slightly thickened. CLAMS: Melt butter in a large
 saute pan or skillet. Add onion and saute lightly. Add clams and saute until
 shells open fully . Add sauce to pan, heat through, and serve.
