      3/4  cup           flour
           dash          salt
      1/4  cup           shortening
    2      tablespoons   cold water
    6      ounces        deviled ham
    1      tablespoon    mustard
                         pickle relish -- if desired
 
 Sift flour and salt together. Cut in shortening. Add cold water and work into s
 tiff dough. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Then roll to very thin rectangle on top o
 f waxed paper. Spread with a mixture of the deviled ham, mustard and relish. Ro
 ll as for jelly roll. Freeze.
 
 When ready to serve, slice thin. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
 
 Makes 50 slices.
