      2 Lb        Italian Sausage            1 tsp       Oregano
      2 Cups      Tomato Sauce               1 Lb        Mushrooms, Sliced
      1 Cup       Chablis
      2 Tbls      Olive Oil
 
 Saute the sausage in the olive oil in a skillet just long enough to seal it
 and firm it up.
