       Title: Herb Butter for Seafood or Artichokes

       Yield: 1 servings
  
     1/2 c  Butter                            1/4 ts Basil
       1 ts Paprika                             1    Clove garlic, crushed
       1 tb Green scallions                     3 tb Fresh parsley, chopped
     1/4 ts Oregano                           1/2 ts Soy sauce
     1/4 ts Marjoram                       
  
   Melt butter over medium heat and stir in remaining ingredients.  Simmer 5
   minutes.  Serve warm.  May be refrigerated and reheated when needed.
