       2 tb Dijon-style mustard
       2 tb Prepared horseradish
       5 tb Butter; room temperature
            Salt and pepper to taste
  
   BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, scrape into a serving
   bowl and serve at room temperature for dolloping over
