                       GRANDMAS DELICIOUS MAYONNAISE

    3                    eggs -- well beaten
      1/2  cup           sugar
      1/2  teaspoon      mustard
    1      cup           cream
      1/2  cup           vinegar
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
 
 add to beaten eggs, sugar, mustard, cream, add vinegar very slowly.  Cook in
 double boiler until thick.  DO NOT BOIL.  Add salt when mixture is cool.
