                  Emeril’s Southwest Seasoning Mix
 
 2 Tablespoons chili powder             2 teaspoons ground cumin
 2 Tablespoons paprika                  1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 1 Tablespoon ground coriander          1 tsp crushed red pepper
 1 Tablespoon garlic powder             1 tsp black pepper
 1 Tablespoon salt                      1 tsp dried oregano
 
       Combine and store in an airtight jar or container.
