     1/2 ts Fresh parsley
     1/2 ts Fresh taarragon
     1/2 ts Fresh chives
     1/2 ts Fresh chervil
       3 tb Wine vingar
       9 tb Olive oil
       1 ts Dijon mustard
     1/2 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Black pepper
   1.  Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to
   use as garnishes.
   2.  Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl..
   Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended.
   3.  Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
