       Title: Ginger Vinaigrette

       Yield: 12 servings
  
       1 tb Ginger, minced                      2 tb Shallot minced
       1 tb Vinegar rice wine                   2 tb Lime juice
       2 ts Soy sauce                         1/4 c  Oil, olive
     1/2 ts Oil, sesame                         1 x  Pepper black to taste
  
   Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup. Store
   in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef,
   or vegetable chunks.
