    3      Tablespoons   White Wine Vinegar
    1      Tablespoon    fresh lemon juice
    2      Teaspoons     Dijon-style mustard
      1/2  Teaspoon      roasted garlic
      1/2  Teaspoon      kosher salt
    1      Tablespoon    light brown sugar or honey
      1/2  Cup           extra-virgin olive oil
 
 
 In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store any unused vinaigrette
 tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
 
 Yield: 3/4 cup
