                              Hot Pepper Jelly

    2      medium        green peppers -- seeded & cut up
    3 1/2  ounces        jalapeno peppers (about 9; if fresh 4-5) --
 seeded & cut up
    6      cups          sugar
    1      bottle        Certo Pectin
                         green food coloring
    1 1/2  cups          cider vinegar
 
 Put the peppers and cider vinegar in a blender.  Blend 2-3 minutes.  Pour
 over sugar and bring to a boil stirring constantly.  Remove and skim off
 any foam.  Add pectin.  Add green food coloring. Pour into jars. Seal.

 NOTES : Serve with Townhouse Crackers and cream cheese.
