       Title: Lemon Marinade.

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
            Suitable for pork, chicken               Ground black pepper.
            And fish.                          30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs,
      15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil.                    -or 2,5 ml half tsp
       1    Clove garlic, crushed.                   -dried mixed herbs.
            Juice of half a lemon.         
  
   Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
   Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas
   6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
