                         FOR STEAKS
      1/2  cup           Ketchup
      2/3  cup           Tomato juice
      1/4  cup           Red wine -- or purple grape
 
                         FOR CHICKEN OR PORK      1/2  cup           Soy
 sauce      1/2  cup           Pineapple juice      1/4  cup           White
 wine -- or white grape
 Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up to 24
 hours in the fridge. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to steak marinade.
