                          Korean Beef Rib Marinade

      1/2  cup           cider vinegar
      1/2  cup           reduced-sodium soy sauce
      1/3  cup           orange juice
    2      tablespoons   dark molasses
      1/4  cup           chopped fresh ginger
    2      tablespoons   paprika
    1      tablespoon    grated orange zest
    4      large         garlic cloves -- minced
      1/2  teaspoon      coarsely ground black pepper
 
 In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice,
 and molasses. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Place meat in a single
 layer in a glass or ceramic dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover
 and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6 to 12 hours.
