                            Peach Bread Pudding

    4      Cups          day old bread cubes
    3      each          eggs
    1 1/2  Cups          milk
      1/3  Cup           sugar
      1/2  teaspoon      almond extract
    1      can           Peach pie filling
 
 Heat oven to 350.
 Spread bread cubes into greased 9 square pan.
 Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and extract.
 Stir in 1 Cup of the pie filling.
 Pour over bread cubes, pressing custard down into bread cubes with back of a
 spoon.
 Bake 30-40 minutes. Use knife test.
 Heat remaining pie filling and serve over top.

 Serving Ideas : Top with whipped cream or pour over about 2 T cream
 
 NOTES : may substitute apple pie filling
