       3 T  Instant Minced Onion                3 T  Water 
       1 ea Tomatoes, 16 oz. can, crush       1/4 c  Chopped green pepper 
       1 T  Chili powder                     1/4 t  Garlic powder 
       1 ds Red pepper, ground            
  
   In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.  Place in covered
   container; chill until ready to serve.
