       4 md Tomato, ripe; peeled &
            -seeded
       8    Scallion, whole; minced
       5    Jalape#os; minced
       4    Cilantro sprig; minced
            Salt & pepper; to taste
       4    Garlic clove; minced*
       2 tb Olive oil*
  
   Mix all ingredients in a food processor until they
   form a thick sauce. Chill and serve.
