       1 c  soy sauce
       1 c  oyster sauce
     1/2 c  dry white wine
     1/4 t  msg
       1 t  sugar
 
 combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame 
 heat and stir to dissolve sugar 
 remove from heat and allow to cool
 use as a sauce base
