                                Tomato Sauce

    2      tablespoons   chopped onions
    2                    garlic cloves -- minced
    2      tablespoons   olive oil
                         salt and black pepper to taste.
    8      to 10         tomatoes peeled -- seeded and

    5                    basil leaves
    1      pinch         oregano
 
 Cook onions in oil until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes,
 salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add sugar. Simmer over low heat for 1
 hour, stirring a few times and adding very little water if needed. Add
 oregano and basil off the heat. I also remembered that it is the seeds that

 For the tomatoes not to be too acid or bitter you should cook them long.
 Also try adding a pinch of sugar to your sauce.
