                             HOT MUSTARD SAUCE

    2       ts           Mustard prepared, heaping
    1       t            Butter
    1       c            Sugar
    1       c            Cream
    1       d            Cinnamon
    1       d            Salt
    1       t            Flour
    2                    Eggs
      1/2   c            Apple Cider Vinegar
    1       d            Nutmeg
    1       d            Cayenne Pepper
 
   Beat eggs.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cook in double
   boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
   This is great served with a ham. It is also good with
   turkey on sandwiches, with some of the leftover
