                            No-Cook Tomato Sauce

    4      large         tomatoes -- diced
    2      cups          chopped fresh basil
      1/2  cup           shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    2      Tablespoons   olive oil
    2      Tablespoons   grated Parmesan cheese
      3/4  teaspoon      salt
      1/2  teaspoon      pepper
    1      pound         spaghetti
 
 Combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil, Parmesan, salt and pepper in
 large bowl.
 
 Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package
 directions.
 
 Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.  Add pasta and reserved
 cooking liquid to tomato mixture; toss to coat.  Serve immediately.
