                          Tanya’s Spaghetti Sauce

    1                    onion -- sliced or diced
    1      clove         garlic
    2      tablespoons   olive oil
    1      pound         mushrooms -- chopped
    2      cans          (28 oz) tomato sauce
    1      can           (28 oz) whole tomatoes
    1      small can     crushed pineapple
                         rosemary, salt, pepper and oregano -- to taste
 
 Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, whole
 tomatoes and pineapple. Add spices. Rosemary is strong spice so start
 with a small amount. Season to taste. Cook over medium heat.
