                            Vinegar (Sour) Sauce

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
      1/4  C             White Vinegar
      1/4  C             Fresh Lime Juice
    1      Tbsp          Minced Garlic
    1      Tbsp          Fresh Chile Peppers (Your Choice) -- minced
      1/4  C             Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano -- roughly chopped
                         Salt -- to taste
                         Cracked Black Pepper -- to taste
 
 Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time
 to use.
 
 Makes about ¾ cup.
