      1/2  Cup           Soy Sauce
      1/2  Cup           Water
    1      Tablespoon    Dry Sherry
    1      Tablespoon    Grated Ginger Root
      1/2  Cup           Chopped Scallions
    2      Cloves        Garlic -- Finely Chopped
    2      Teaspoons     Sesame Oil
    2      Teaspoons     Rice Vinegar
    2      Teaspoons     Sugar
 
 Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
