                                Tartar Sauce

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2                    eggs
    1      Tablespoon    capers -- finely chopped
      1/2  Tablespoon    pickles -- finely chopped
    1      Tablespoon    parsley -- finely chopped
    1      teaspoon      mustard
    1      teaspoon      lemon juice
    1      tablespoon    mayonnaise
                         freshly ground white pepper -- to  taste
 
 !. Mash yolks from the hard boiled eggs
 2. Stir in rest of ingredients. Taste and correct seasonings.
  It should have a firm consistency.

 NOTES : If you wish you can process 1 of the whites finely and add to the
 sauce. Don't add any more than that or it will affect the taste of the sauce.
