                           Peach Champagne Sauce

    2      ounces        butter
    4      ounces        sugar
    2      ounces        brown sugar
    1      teaspoon      lemon juice
    1      can           cling peaches -- (8-oz.)
      1/2  cup           champagne
 
 Place butter in saucepan; melt.  Add sugars and lemon juice; heat to boiling.
 Boil until mixture turns light brown.  Add peaches and champagne.  Remove from
 heat; place in blender or food processor.  Process until smooth; let cool.
 Strain.
