       Title: BEER FISH SAUCE

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 c  Mayonnaise
     1/4 c  Catsup (use a Hot Sauce
            -like Kerns)
     1/4 c  Beer
       1 tb Prepared mustard
       1 tb Lemon juice
       1 ts Prepared horseradish
  
   Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish.
   Makes 1-1/2 cups.
