                               TERIYAKI SAUCE

    1       c            Soy sauce
      1/2   c            Oil
    3       tb           Brown sugar
    3       ea           Cloves garlic
    1       tb           Fresh ground ginger
    2       tb           Wine
 
    Smash the garlic.  I use red wine for beef, white wine for chicken.
 Marinate the meat for 4 hours up.  Baste the meat with the sauce   while
