     1/2 c  Non-fat yogurt
       1 tb Prepared horseradish
       1 pn Powdered mustard
  
   Mix yogurt with horseradish and mustard. Use other
   seasoning to taste. Mix well, refrigerate while
   artichoke is steaming.
