                          Fennel Spice (American)

    1      clove         garlic
    1      tsp           black peppercorns
    2      tsp           fennel seeds
      1/2  tsp           coriander seeds
    1      tsp           grated lemon peel
    1      tsp           dried thyme
 
 Crush the garlic in a mortar, grind the spices, and mix everything  together.
 
 Fennel and lemon peel add a clean, fresh taste to this blend, which is 
 excellent with fish.
