    2      tbsp          juniper berries
    1      tsp           black peppercorns
    6                    allspice berries
    3                    cloves
    3                    dried bay leaves
      1/2  tsp           salt
 
 Grind the spices, finely crumble the bay leaves, and combine everything.
 
 An aromatic blend, which is good with dense-textured fish such as monkfish, 
 fresh tuna and swordfish, and with steaks and lamb.
