                         Brownie Peanut Butter Cups

   21 1/2  ozs           reduced fat brownie mix
      1/2  c             water
      1/4  c             olive oil
    2      whole         eggs
   18      pcs           peanut butter cups
 
 Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 18 muffin pan with paper baking cups, sprayed
 with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare brownies, combine brownie mix,
 water, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Fill lined cups with 2/3
 full batter. Press one peanut butter cup into batter in each cup until top
 edge of candy is even with top batter. Bake for 33 minutes or until
 brownies is set.
