                     SIMPLY THE BEST CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

    4      tbsp          unsalted butter
      1/4  cup           all purpose flour
    2      tbsp          cocoa
    1      tsp           baking powder
      1/2  tsp           salt
    3      oz            unsweetened chocolate
    2      oz            semisweet chocolate
    3                    eggs
    1      cup           granulated sugar
    1      tsp           pure vanilla extract
      1/4  cup           sour cream
 
 Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Melt butter and chocolates
in double boiler, stir until smooth. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla until
thickened, mix in chocolate mixture, then fold in sifted flour etc, then fold in
sour cream.
 
 Use uncooked in Death By Chocolate with Mocha Mousse, or bake like regular
