250 gr. flour 250 gr. sugar 2 eggs 250 gr. butter or margerine (milk can be used as a substitue, for a lower fat cake, and it works just fine) 1 teaspoon baking powder 2-3 Apples Mix the wet stuff then add the flour/sugar/baking powder mix. Rinse and peel the apples and put them of the bottom of the pan (you can add a little cinnamon to the apples by sprinkling some on top) then pour the cake-dough over the apples. Bake in a pre-heated oven (350) for 25-30 minutes or untill brown on top. Test the cake with a tooth pick to see if ready:) Plain Text Version of This Recipe for Printing or Saving | |
