* Exported from MasterCook * PEACHY ICE CREAM CROWN CAKE ** Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- -----PATTI - VDRJ67A----- 6 oz Ladyfingers -- split 1/2 ga Vanilla ice cream 1 c Sugar 1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 c Dry white wine 1/2 c Water 3 md Peaches -- sliced Line 9″ springform pan with plastic wrap. Arrange ladyfingers to cover bottom and sides of pan. Layer half of the ice cream, remaining ladyfingers and then remaining ice cream into pan. Freeze. Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in wine and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture is clear and slightly thickened. Mash one peach and stir into wine mix. Cool.
