       3 c  All-purpose flour
       2 c  Granulated sugar
       6 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
       2 ts Baking soda
       1 ts Salt
     1/2 c  Vegetable oil; plus
       2 tb Vegetable oil
       2 tb Vinegar
       2 tb Vanilla
  
   Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 11/6/95
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, sugar,
   cocoa powder, soda and salt. Add vegetable oil, vinegar,
   vanilla. Pour in 2 cups water; mix well. Spread in
   ungreased 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
