       Title: Apple Spice Custard Cake

       Yield: 12 Servings
  
       1    Spice cake mix
       2 md Apples; peel/core
            (finely chop (about 2c.)
       1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
            (14 oz)
       1 c  Sour cream; room temp
     1/4 c  Lemon juice
            Gound cinnamon for garnish
  
     Preheat oven 350` Prepare cake mix according to direciton, stir in apple.
   Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9x13″ baking dish. Bake for 30
   min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in cneter come out clean.
      Meanwhile in a med. sized bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk sour
   cream and lemon juice.  After cake is removed from oven spread milk sour
   cream mixture over top. Return cake to oven and bake for 10 min. more or
   until set, like custard. Sprinkle with cinnamon. cool completely. Store in
   the refrigerator.
