       Title: Apple Cobbler Cake

       Yield: 16 Servings
  
   1 1/2 c  Cooking oil
       2 c  Sugar
       3    Eggs
       2 ts Vanilla
       3 c  Flour; plain
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Soda
       1 c  Pecans; chopped
       3 c  Apples; peeled and chopped
  
   Bleand together oil, sigar, eggs and vanilla.  Sift together the flour,
   salt and soda and mix with sugar mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Pour
   into a well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake one hour in preheated
   350-degree oven.  Leave in pan and lett cool about 10 minutes before
   putting on topping.
   
   TOPPING 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 stick butter or margarine 1/2 cup dark
   brown sugar 1/4 cup milk Boil ingredients together for three minutes. Pour
   over hot cake and let stand 1 hour before removing from pan. NOTE: May have
   to carefully loosen cake at top of cake around sides and around center
   tube. Also, gently run knife down each curve of the sides and center tube
   to get topping to seep down. ~
