---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: PECAN POUND CAKE Categories: Cakes Yield: 14 Servings 1 c Butter or margarine 3 c Sugar 6 Eggs 3 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Baking soda 1/2 pt Sour cream 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 c Pecans Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking soda together and add. Add sour cream, vanilla and 1 cup of pecans; blend well with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 10″ Bundt pan.
