---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: EVER-SO-EASY-FRUITCAKE Categories: Cakes, Holiday Yield: 10 Servings 2 1/2 c Unsifted flour 1 ts Baking soda 2 Eggs; slightly beaten 1 Jar ready-to-use mincemeat - (28 oz) 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk NOT - evaporated milk (14 oz) 2 c Mixed candied fruit (1 lb.) 1 c Nuts; coarsely chopped Preheat oven to 300`F. Grease a 9-inch tube pan; line with wax paper and grease again (or use generously greased and floured 10-inch fluted tub pan). Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
