       Title: PINEAPPLE CAKE/BOILED ICING

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
       2 c  Sugar
       2 c  All-purpose flour
       2    Eggs
       2 ts Baking soda
       1 ts Salt
       1    Can crushed pineapple
       2 ts Vanilla
            Topping:
   1 1/2 c  Brown sugar, packed
       6 tb Butter
       6 tb Milk
  
      Put all ingredients in bowl, beat 2-3 minutes. Pour in greased pan 13 x
   9 x 2).  Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake is done, bring
   topping mixture to boil and pour over the warm cake. This makes a good
   moist cake and topping.
    Topping: 1-1/2 C brown sugar 6 tablesp. butter 6 tablesp. milk Ruth
