                       Basic Apple Brunch Cake

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                         Mix together
    4      Cups          apples -- diced
    2                    eggs (break over apples and stir)
      1/2  Cup           vegetable oil
    1      Cup           brown sugar
    1      Cup           white sugar -- Or Less
                         mix and add:
    2      Teaspoons     cinnamon
    2      Cups          all-purpose flour
    1      Teaspoon      salt
    1      Teaspoon      baking soda
                                                            
 Stir it all up and bake at 325-350 degrees in a buttered
