                                 Ugly Cake

    1      box           yellow cake mix
    1      package       cream cheese (8-oz)
    1      stick         butter
    1      pound         Powdered sugar
 
 Mix cake mix according to package directions.  Pour into well greased (no flour
 ) 9 x 13 inch pan.
 
 Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together.  Spoon over cake batter. 
  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Turn out while hot and spread, scrapin
 g over cake.
