                              Texas Sheet Cake

    3      Sticks        Margarine
    1      C             Water
    8      Tbsp          Cocoa
    2      C             Flour
    2      C             Sugar
    1      Tsp           Salt
    1      Tsp           Baking Soda
    1      C             Nuts -- chopped
      1/2  C             Sour Cream
    6      Tbsp          Milk
    2                    Eggs
    1 1/2  C             Powdered Sugar
    1      Tsp           Pure Vanilla Extract
 
 1. Grease a 15 x 10 pan
 
 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 
 3. Bring to a boil in a large sauce pan: 2 sticks margarine
                                                         1 cup water
                                                         4 tbsp Cocoa
 
 4. Remove for heat and stir in:  2 cups Flour
                                              2 cups sugar
                                              1 tsp salt
 
 5. Beat in:  2 Eggs
                  1/2 cup Sour Cream
                  1 tsp Baking Soda
                  1 cup Chopped Nuts
 
 6. Spread evenly in greased pan and bake for 22 minutes only.
 
 7. Prepare icing while cake is baking:  1 stick Margarine
                                                        4 tbsp Cocoa
                                                        6 tbsp Milk
 Bring to a boil while stiring and remove from the heat. Stir in 1 1/2 cup
 Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract. Spread on cake while still
 warm.
