Prepare a 13 x 9″ pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Meanwhile preapre vanilla pudding according to package directions. Add cream cheese and whipped topping to vanilla pudding. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with drained pineapple over pudding mixture.
