       Title: Orange Sponge
  Categories: Cakes, 1941
       Yield: 6 servings
  
       1 tb Gelatin
     1/4 c  Water
     1/2 c  Orange juice
       3    Egg whites
     1/2 c  Sugar
       1 c  Boiling water
     1/4 c  Lemon juice
     1/8 ts Salt
  
   Soften gelatin in cold water.  Dissolve in boiling water.  Add sugar
   and salt.  Stir until dissolved.  Cool.  Add strained fruit juices.
   Mix thoroughly.  Cool until partially set.  Beat until gelatin will
   hold its shape.  Pile lightly in serving dish. 10 servings.
