1 package yellow cake mix
 1 package instant vanilla pudding
 2 tsp nutmeg
 3/4 cup oil (or 3/4 cup applesauce if you're watching the fat!)
 3/4 cup cream sherry
 4 eggs
 Mix dry ingredients together.  Add in the remaining ingredients.
 
 Beat the ingredients well - about four minutes.  Pour into a well greased 
 tube pan and bake for 50 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool in the 
 pan for about 20 minutes.  Remove from pan, and sprinkle powdered sugar 
 over it.
 
 This makes a nice, moist cake.
